Consumers Reports and Cook's Illustrated. Then buy the best
quality knives that you can afford, that have no gaps at the joint
where the blade and handle meet, with a finely ground blade. A
good knife should feel heavy and solid. Finally, learn how to use
your good knives and care for them!

There are five basic types of kitchen knives:

Learn about the different types of herbs I grew
in my garden. Use fresh herbs to spice up
your cooking don't use many different types
try to learn to cook with each one separately
and then try to combine.
Dry herbs tend to have a earthier taste and
some times its dry is stronger than fresh. So if
a recipe calls for dry, use dry, if it calls for
fresh use fresh.
Do you want to learn more about knife skills,
cooking methods, herbs and spices and don't have
the time. Cocifacil is your answer.
Cocifacil is an interactive cooking class that I
designed using my Curriculum at the Culinary
University in Puerto Rico. It is one of the most
exiting classes a culinary student has to take in
order to become a great CHEF. You will learn all
the kitchen basics you need in order to lose your
fear of the kitchen utensils and it will give you
more confidence in creating your master piece
dish...
